As some of you know I'm doing the disk frt, 11" rears conversion. I'm going with the light weight 2 bolt master cylinder (raybestos mc39451). Can I change the distribution block to a newer disk/drum block and not use a prop valve or do I need need a prop valve with the old dist block. Any info or experince would be appriciated. Also running new brake lines. Thanks Steve

Use the late a-body prop valve/dist block combo. I don't know what year they went to it.

If you are in need of a really source to answer any and all questions regarding any aspects of the automotive brake system, may I suggest Master Power Brakes @ mpbrakes.com . They have a great tech line that was a very big help in instructing me on how to build a safe brake system with no second thoughts or worries.
