The cop wheels seem to be made of heavier guage steel. My 15x8 Ramcharger wheels are lighter than the 15x7 cop rims I had.

a rim guy told me they are the heaviest stock steel wheels made by any company.

Wait til I mount up the 38# 17x8 Cragar type 397 on the 'cuda. ;D

(gotta ditch the center caps ;))

bigfish, that will be cool, steel 17's. i always wanted to try the cop crown vic wheels, but they are hard to find. pretty sure they are 16's. 38 lbs is pretty chunky, most 15" aluminum wheels are half that, some maybe less than half.

I think those crown vic wheels have to small of a center hole and the backspace was a like 5+ inches. I was lookin at those also. ;)

I figure for $53 ea I'll take the extra weight of the Cragars. I love black steel wheels -o
