I am working on the fish doing the disk brake swap. Do I set it up for the calipers in the front or the back or does it matter? I have read that you put them on the front. But I also read that you put them on the rear. Is one way better than the other? Dave
Still have to get the calipers. Looks like I have to take it apart again. o----o<> Can't get the polygraphite lower bushings to tighten up. Every time I try, they back out of the sleeve. boom[] I talked to some people and they said thats a problem with them and to just run stock lowers. Dave
That's correct Dave. I had the same problem on my Road Runner with the poly lowers. Shops like PST and Mancini won't carry the poly LCA'a yet Energy Suspension insists on carrying them. I got my Moog lower bushings from Mancini for $13 Each. I don't see them listed at RMS.
I ended up having to move then to the back. I bought braided steel lines and they would hit the front strut rod or would bind up. Starting to feel like Bob, at least I didn't have to do this just once. Dave
