thanks. I'm noticing we (you?) get about 1 new one a day, all with the same MO. not sure if its bots or feelers or phishers.

in any case they just tend to really annoy the crap out of me.

Annoying is their MO. If you see them, give em a wipe with the One Touch Ban. Spam posters migrate from forum to forum. As long as we keep on top of them, they eventually move on to easier targets.

I'll bring this up with the mod team, and in the mean time I'll inquire about any extra anti spam measures we can add here.

Edit: actually, not going to bring it up with mods, since we seem to be light on that front. Stand by for now.
