How can I find out how many 1969 Darts were painted the same as mine? Mine was Gold with white painted top and a red bumble bee stripe.

I've never seen production number's broken down by paint for a dart. About the only one's I've ever seen are for Registry's and someone other then Mopar put the number's together.

I worked for a dodge dealer in 1969. I never saw another dart come in your color.there were only a few, less than six scat pack cars that came in with red bumble bee stripes. tnku

Any two-tone paint from the factory on a Dart is very rare, in fact I've never seen one myself...with the exception of my own 1971 Swinger. I ordered it new...bright red bottom with a white top. They even put the mouldings used on vinyl top cars to separate the red and white.
