Not sure 30's will work in the back unless you have moved the rear housing back or wacked the front section of the quarters??......south tex mopar said:mickey t sportsman only come in 26 and 28inch tall tires. lets say i have 28 in. tall in the front and 29 or 30 in. tall out back would it work on a duster? thanks
I had my tire guy mount a 215/70-15 on the front and it hit the bottom front edge of the wheelwell. I had to go to a 205/65-15 0n the front and that cleared by about 1/2" ! The wheels I want to use are only available in 15 x 6 with 3 1/2 backspacing. I will be converting to disc with stock size rotors and calipers. Thanks
or even a 50 series if you've relocated the springsmxlplx71 said:whats the biggest size that can be run without mini tubing, 68 dart springs relo'd stack wheel wells, thinking 275-60-15 would do for a street car?
I had these on my 68 Dart before I minitubbed. Springs moved into the frame rail as per the tech pages. Wouldn't get much wider in there, but maybe 2 or 3 inches taller.mxlplx71 said:Anyone move the springs and not minitub?
djvcuda and i have one of those. not sure if either of us have ever used it..codfish said:Anyone here ever use one of these measuring devices?

after moving the springs in and the axel back 1" i have 275 60 15s on my 68sedan dart 15x8 rims 5.5 back spacing.
i love it. will post a pic soon.
That is the perfect non-mini tubbed combo on a Dart. I actually ran 6" bs and sledge hammered the tubs in some to run a M/T 28 12.50 15 ET street on mine but the 5.5" bs would have been fine too.I have the same question, Can I get away with running a 275/60/15 with a relocation kit. What back spacing should I get on the wheels? What is the largest wheel I can fit.
No mini tub!
