I HAVE A 72 SWINGER WITH 8.75 MOVED BACK 1.5" AND STOCK SPRING LOCATION. I CURRENTLY RUN 255/70/15 ON 15X7 RALLY WHEELS. I WOULD LIKE TO RUN L60/15 MT I-BLOCKS. MY QUESTION IS DOES ANYBODY KNOW IF I CAN DO THIS WITH JUST THE .80" OFFSET SPRING SHACKLES AND FRONT OFFSET SPRING MOUNTING BRACKET WITHOUT HAVING TO GO THE FULL 3" OFFSET? RIGHT NOW WITH THE SPRINGS IN THE STOCK LOCATION MY TIRES ON THE INNER SIDE CLEAR BY ONLY ABOUT AN 1/8 INCH

wow dude i reckon you may have answered yourself. ::) 1/8"=.125" clearance from tire to wheelwell. offset hanger .800"=13/16". looks like the tire wil be into the wheelwell by 11/16" or .675". so the answer will most likely be no, not without a spring relocation and minitub or just a minitub, depending on the distance from the wheelhouse to the frame.

SORRY, MAYBE I DID NOT WORD MY QUESTION CORRECTLY. RIGHT NOW WITH STOCK SPRING LOCATION, I HAVE 1/4 INCH CLEARANCE BETWEEN THE TIRE SIDEWALL AND THE SPRING. BY MOVING THE SPRINGS .80 INCH MORE INWARD I SHOULD HAVE APPROXIAMATELY 1" CLEARANCE. I GUESS THE REAL QUESTION IS, HAS ANYONE RUN L60/15 MICKET THOMPSON ON 7" RIMS AND WHAT IS NEEDED TO DO IT.
