I recently replaced one of my front floor pans. After it was welded in, I coated the whole floorpan with a product called Zero Rust. It is a rust converter similar to POR-15 or Eastwood's Rust Encapsulator. It had good reviews on that other Mopar website and the price was right.

Here is a link to a website where I got mine. Lots of good info there.

Does this product need a rattle can topcoat , or can you just leave it straight out of the can? Can it be brushed on? Looking at that website, it looks like a good deal. I might go that route.

I used Por 15  right out of the can...brush, spray, wipe, pour,  almost any way you want to apply it.  I used fiberglass and used the Por 15 in conjuction and it was great....

i love por 15.it's all over my under carriage.I would use a rubber type of undercoating for the fenders though,as rocks will chip and dent the outer paint from the inside.3m has good stuff
