Sure the bumpers and other chrome plated steel can be de-chromed. Check with the local powder coaters in your area.
Trim
Can the trim be cleaned of chrome and then powder coated? Im thinking of getting the trim and bumpers powder coated a darker blue than the body if it can be done. Im also thinking I want to shave the door handles and trunk lock and put in door poppers.Not sure if I want to put in a remote lock for the trunk or the button in the glove box. :-\
